SERVICES
Step 1: VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
All training starts with a 45 minute video consult. During this chat, we’ll discuss the general issues you're having with your dog and your training goals, my approach to training, the importance of dog psychology, the tools I use, initial recommendations, PLUS we’ll start to get into specific training advice.
Consultations are $65.
Step 2: SCHEDULE Day TRAIN OR In-Person SESSION
After your consultation is completed, if you’re interested in the Board & Train Retreat, we’ll schedule a Day Train where I take your dog for the day and assess them. This will give me valuable insight as to what level of training your dog needs, their level of comfort in my home and in the crate, what skills need to be prioritized, and what training package will be best for you. I’ll take videos throughout the day to show you what we do, how I address various situations, then we’ll spend time at the end of the day to go over everything in person.
Day Trains are $395.
If you’re interested in the Hybrid Training Program, we’ll schedule a 1 hour in person session where I’ll assess your dog and handling skills, we’ll go over how to use a slip leash, get into some leash work, and discuss some other basics.
In person sessions are $180/hour.
STEP 3: DETERMINE Training Plan
If we decide to move forward with training, I’ll let you know which training plan is the best fit for your situation: a Board and Train Retreat, a Hybrid Training Program, Virtual Training Program, or Essential Skills Starter Package.
TRAINING PLANS
-
Whether it’s reactivity, fear, overexcitement, or other behaviors that you’re struggling with, this Retreat is meant for dogs who need more consistent training in order to really get to the root of changing their behaviors and perceptions.
For 3 weeks, your dog will stay in the comfort of Angie’s home and will experience a structured daily schedule where they will learn and practice a variety of foundational and practical skills that can be carried forward into your everyday life. All B&Ts include e-collar training and areas of focus are customized to your dog’s needs.
Owners receive video updates and detailed instruction throughout the B&T that walk you through all of the different things that we work on so that you can carry the training forward once your dog is back home.
Investment: $4,500
The Fine Print:
Board & Trains are 3 weeks long unless otherwise discussed with Angie.
Includes a midway session, a go-home session, 3 post-retreat follow up sessions, and 2 virtual check-ins.
All B&Ts include e-collar training and pricing includes the cost of the e-collar unit and accessories.
Dogs must be at least 6 months old, potty trained, and quiet and comfortable in the crate (both at night and during the day). If you need help with crate training, we can work on this prior to the B&T.
Availability is extremely limited. They are only available after an initial consultation and a Day Train.
This program is not for dogs with human aggression or severe separation anxiety.
B&Ts are not going to “fix” your dog and are not a replacement for the owner putting in the work. They are meant to enhance your ongoing training and set both of you up for success as you continue your training journey post B&T.
